Our Story
(Or, a nibble on how we got into cheese :)…)
From fromage à Paris…
One could say the at-home cheese plates (for a date night, a summer cook-out, or a snow day) came first for us - looking back through old photos of moments spent together, there was a lot of cheese involved. Though visiting Paris for the first time (including getting engaged there) and having our first guided cheese tasting may be what planted the real seed, all those years ago.
Over the years, we’ve woven our love of food throughout multiple adventures, including home kitchen experiments, travel, multi-state moves, and as of July 2024: Camas Cheese Co.

By bringing together Andy’s sales background and Tiffany’s operations know-how - we’ve been able to realize our dream of co-creating something together, right here in Camas.
We moved here after only seeing pictures of downtown, but shared in the feeling that this would be home. And as the pieces to build our little shop began falling swiftly into place in the spring of 2024, we shared and flowed with that feeling all over again.
We’re passionate about the magic of cheese, both as a food (and all its incredible history and science) AND as a way to connect individuals and community. We strive to keep our sense of adventure among the items that we carry, and look forward to seeing you around the shop. And whether it’s trying something new or finding an old favorite with us, it’s all meant to be shared because…
